How do I create a temporary email address?

Open ImpaleMail and tap the + button. A new anonymous email alias is generated instantly. You can start receiving emails right away — no sign-up or personal information required.

How long do email aliases last?

Free aliases last for 1 hour. Pro subscribers get aliases that last up to 7 days, and Pro+ subscribers get aliases lasting up to 30 days. All email content is permanently deleted when the alias expires.

Can I send emails from ImpaleMail?

ImpaleMail is designed for receiving emails only. This protects your anonymity by ensuring no outgoing messages can be traced back to you.

I am not receiving emails at my alias. What should I do?

First, check that your alias has not expired. If it has, create a new one. If the alias is still active, some senders may block disposable email domains. Try generating a new alias and re-entering it on the website. If the problem persists, contact [email protected] with the alias address and the sender you are expecting mail from.

Is my data private?

Yes. ImpaleMail stores emails temporarily in volatile memory only. We do not read, analyze, or sell your email content. All data is permanently destroyed when your alias expires. We collect no personal information and use anonymous device identifiers instead of accounts. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Cancel on iOS

  1. Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Tap ImpaleMail
  5. Tap Cancel Subscription

Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Cancel on Android

  1. Open Google Play Store
  2. Tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Tap ImpaleMail
  5. Tap Cancel subscription
